Refund Policy

General Returns Policy

1.We accept returns within 10 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered

2.Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Pleasepapa.com

3.We accept return only if you received damaged/defective product.

Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
  • Clothing: Trackpants, Joggers, Bathrobes, Thermals, Jackets, Blazers, Coats, Cardigans, Sweaters, Sweatshirts & Hoodies This item is eligible for return if you received  damaged/defective product within 10 days of delivery. You can not exchange this item for a different size/color or return for a full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items like lingerie/socks/inner-wear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide full refund or replacement if available.
  • Can not return ceramic art work
  • Can not return original painting
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund/replacement.
  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

    Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

     

    Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

     

    1. Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes.

       

    2. NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

       

    3. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
